Out of all the Loftus' to be in jail, I had never thought that I would be battleing one first! Ever!! In November, I received a ticket for my plates being a month overdue. ...working on this! Well, I misplaced the ticket (always working on this!), and I waited for paperwork to be sent to me. Well, I moved back to Omaha (I had lived in Wahoo), and I switch my mail over; this brought all kinds of back mail and recent mail. I finally saw the paperwork...yay, it had come in! ...I was paying bills in a few days, so I added that to my bill list (I HATE paying bills...like you I'm sure! Being an adult can suck sometimes, eh?). Well, I finally received a note saying pay be this date...ok, cool. That I can do! Everytime I tried to do the payment, the epayment wasn't working? ...not cool! Well, the day of the due date, I head out to Wahoo and pay the ticket....I get a call from my apartment manager saying HEADS UP, the cops are coming! haha...they showed up at my HOME! =D I was a rebel on the run!!My sisters were a riot! ...they swore my phone was being tapped, so I kept saying I was in South Dakota in a corn field! lol I told my mom her son was a criminal.
I begged the ladies to AT THE VERY LEAST give me a copy of my warrent. I had all of them laughing. This was big news!! I checked online for a photo or something....unfortunately nothing..I would have to rob a bank for that. This is part of the paper of the "official" warrent....my copy will be hung in a frame in my apartment. Rebel with a CAUSE! =O

This car kept following me around town....was this a undercover cop car? haha! Was it bugged? 
The awesome courthouse...this has been here forever! The "official" courthouse used to be in Ashland, but I guess someone from Wahoo got ahold of the official "deed", and in the state judiciary won rights to have the courthouse moved to wahoo.....it has been here ever since.
